Gather all the information you can on the person you want the annulment from. Hoepfully they will support you in this. Decide if you had a true marriage or not. If he cheated or was abusive then it would not be a true marriage. If you did not consumate the marriage you can also obtain an annulment. If you were both Catholic at the time of your marriage ,I don't think you can.That is why I am no longer Catholic.
